Your Tax-Deductible donation to the Black Motherhood and Parenting New Play Festival (#BMPFest) supports Black artists across the country with families during a remote production process developing the new work of a Black parent or caregiver.

The Black Motherhood and Parenting New Play Festival gives each of the 4 Finalist Playwrights a stipend to support the development of their work before rehearsals begin. Caregiver support is also provided in the form of a reimbursement fund, covering childcare expenses as needed for our parent and caregiver playwrights and staff. This is in addition the artist fees for our administrative staff, production team, comms team, graphic designer and general festival expenses.
